Subscription Services:

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our subscription services. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days of purchase, we will refund your subscription fee in full.
  • Refunds requested after the initial 30 days of subscription will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
  • To request a refund for a subscription service, please contact our customer support team with your account details and the reason for your refund request.

One-time Purchases:

  • For one-time purchases, such as website design packages or add-on services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be subject to review by our team.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of your purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have been used or partially completed.
  • Domain registration fees, third-party service fees, and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
