A free domain can be provided by Sitescribed, subject to the following conditions:
- The domain’s annual cost must not exceed £29.
- If the desired domain costs more than £29 per year, the customer is responsible for covering the additional expense.
Domain Selection:
- The customer may choose any available domain within the £29 annual price range.
- If the selected domain is unavailable or exceeds the £29 limit, Sitescribed can assist in finding a suitable alternative within the allowed budget.
Existing Domains:
- If the customer already owns a domain and wishes to use it with Sitescribed’s services, access to the existing domain must be provided by the customer.
- This includes providing any necessary login credentials or authorization codes required to transfer or manage the domain.
- Sitescribed will not purchase existing domains
Additional Costs:
- Any costs associated with domain registration, renewal, or transfer that exceed the £29 limit will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Sitescribed will not cover premium domains, auctioned domains, or any additional services associated with the domain beyond basic registration.
Domain Management:
- The free domain provided by Sitescribed will be managed through Sitescribed’s preferred registrar.
- Sitescribed reserves the right to choose the registrar used for the domain.
Duration of Offer:
- Renewal costs after the first year will be based on the domain’s current price, which the customer may be required to cover.
- If the domain exceeds the £29/year allowance, the additional costs will be added to the customer’s monthly subscription fees.
Limitations:
- This offer is limited to one free domain per customer.
- Domains purchased under this offer cannot be resold or transferred to another party without Sitescribed’s consent.
Termination:
Sitescribed reserves the right to terminate or revoke the free domain offer at any time, especially in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of the terms outlined in this agreement.
Changes to Terms:
- Sitescribed reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer and will take effect immediately upon such notice.
- By accepting a free domain from Sitescribed, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Domain management policy:

- Client-Owned Domains: If you already own a domain or choose to purchase one independently, we will require access to your domain registrar account to configure DNS settings and ensure proper integration with our hosting platform. This access allows us to manage DNS records, SSL certificates, and other domain-related configurations necessary for your website’s functionality.
- Domain Assistance: For clients who require assistance in purchasing a domain or configuring DNS settings, our team is available to provide guidance and support. We can recommend reputable domain registrars and assist you in setting up DNS records to point your domain to our hosting servers.
- Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership of their pre owned domains and renewing domain registrations as needed. We recommend setting up auto-renewal for domain registrations to prevent any disruptions in website availability.
- Existing Domain Experience: If you already have experience managing domains or prefer to handle domain-related tasks independently, you can provide us with the necessary DNS information to integrate your domain with our hosting platform. We respect your expertise and will collaborate with you to ensure a smooth transition and optimal website performance.
